I have been ordering magazines and products from RQ for almost 2 years now and I must say that I've always been very pleased with my purchases! It's one of the most kind, customer service-oriented websites I've come across. I absolutely LOVE this website. The prices are great, shipping is FAST, and the customer service is outstanding! If I have a question and send an email, I hear back from them within a few hours! There is an amazing selection of Japanese magazines, and they are always interested in customer opinion and adjust their stock accordingly. I hardly ever buy magazines from anywhere else now that I've found this site!

I must say this site offers one of the best online shopping experiences of any other site I have ever had the chance to do business with. (And that's A LOT!) The owner is very kind! He takes the requests and concerns of his customers very seriously, and in my deals with the owner, the requests have been granted EVERY time! I have never had a problem with anything whatsoever on this site! Many of the products are very low priced compared to some of the other stores I used to buy from, so I no longer buy from them. Overall, I give this site a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
