Returns
While we do accept
items for return, we only accept items that are made by Royal Quartz. This
excludes any product that is not indicated in its description or by it’s
category as being produced by Royal Quartz. To ensure the sanitation of our
products and safety of customers who buy our products, we do not accept returns
for Royal Quartz products that have either a broken or missing seal. All
products intended for return must be sent within 30 days of delivery for a
refund.
If you would like to return a product (that has its seal intact), please notify us before hand. Send us your name (first and last), your order number, the name of the item being returned, and the reason for the return.
Refunds
We do offer full refunds for returned Royal Quartz items. After the item has been returned and processed, your refunded money will be sent to you either through PayPal or money order. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of shipping the returned items, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes you to receive your refund (1 to 5 business day). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to
return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a
future purchase. Please note that the original expiration date will still
apply.
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or
discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as
these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
